We started as a two-man repair outfit in Franklin County. Eighteen years later we're still owner-operated, still answer our own phones, and still send the same crews back to homes we finished a decade ago.
Our Story
Started with one truck and a punch list
US Contractor was founded in 2007 by a crew lead who was tired of watching homeowners get burned by contractors who disappeared mid-job. The idea was simple: write down the scope, quote it straight, show up when you say you will, and stand behind the work after the check clears.
Eighteen years and roughly 2,400 projects later, that's still the whole business model. We've grown to a team of licensed tradespeople and project leads, but we've stayed a general contractor rather than a franchise — every job is run by someone who answers to the owner directly, not a call center.
